Here it is from the horse’s mouth.

Pluto has some blue skies and water ice on its surface as depicted in the photo below from NASA’s website. (the blue parts are just highlighted, they aren’t actually blue.)

Although the photo below shows the blue haze surrounding the circumference of the planet (if you still wish to call it a planet =].)
