I’m very much into meditation and have been trying to activate my shockras including my pineal gland. The meditation helps because I am a recovering addict and it very much helps with keeping me less stressed as well as focused throughout the day. I’m trying to quit smoking cigarettes one the hardest habits to quit but I believe that is getting in the way of activating my pineal gland. Really sucks because I want to explore other dimensions and have way more awareness in life then I currently have. I will quit smoking cigs guess I just need ta be more head strong about it. Thnks for sharing your videos
