For those who feel guided to participate there is a December Solstice Meditation that will take place December 21st, 2017 at 4:28 PM GMT. In Cobra’s latest update he mentioned that there is a portal to the Galactic Center that will be open from Dec 17th-25th with the turning point being the 21st that will ‘drastically change the plasma plane in sub-lunar space’.
