So I wanted to share a post and grand observation that I have been experiencing lately, especially since beginning this juice fast, which I believe has really kick started something for me.

I, like many others reading this, have been getting synchronicity in the form of numbers on the clock and other places; license plates, patient record numbers, patient room numbers, etc. And lately I have been getting numbers like 1:01, 2:02, 3:03 all the way up to nine and higher and also 1:11, 2:11, 2:12 and so on up to nine and beyond also.

I was walking home from getting some groceries when it hit me. These are numbers that represent an increase in vibration! Just like a sine wave.

Even now on the clock it is 8:08 pm.

The Universe is communicating a dramatic increase in vibration through numerology and simple concepts that we understand. I know this isn’t a huge thing but it sure did feel huge! I can definitely feel an increase in the energies and as I wrote in the previous post about the juice fast I feel as though I am living in a higher dimension right now. There is little thought towards negativity, except that which is to be released and an abundance of euphoria and love.

Everything feels different and the Universe is communicating, in real time, that the vibes are goin’ up, baby! So stay strong and remember to be as positive as possible and create responsibly. Much love everyone!

So I’d like to do a short report in this article and defer everyone to the video where I get more in depth, like reeeally in depth, like about poop…which is something that is not foreign for me to talk about because I work in a hospital and we talk about poop all the time there. It’s a hot topic. Literally.

Anyways, I will continue on this fast because my body and/or the Universe hasn’t given me any signal to stop and I feel totally great. I have realized through this process that I have more to heal internally so that is another reason why I will continue.

I have done a 5 and a half day juice fast in the past but in a much poorer state of health., so naturally I didn’t last as long. This time was much better and I got a push from the Universe right before doing this seemingly ‘spontaneous’ dietary change.

Week 1)

• Felt spacey and a bit off for the first few days
• Energy levels were through the roof!
• Stopped pooping after a while
• Didn’t know what to do with all this new energy!
• Mental clarity was just incredible
• Walking with such lightness and incredible speed, like walking on clouds
• Dramatic increase in synchronicities
• Feeling extremely powerful, like I can manifest anything and the power of the Universe is mine for the taking
• Everyone around me is so much nicer
• I feel like I’ve woken up in a higher dimension
• My skin is so much softer!

Week 2)

• Energy levels tapering down but still very high
• I could definitely feel my body doing deep healing and cleansing
• Still sleeping the same amount, getting up early for work (5 am) is still a drag
• Being able to reach my baseline mental acuity is almost constant now
• Not experiencing as much brain fog
• Doing a lot more meditation and self-reflection

Week 3)

• I introduced home-made sauerkraut juice (lots of probiotics in there) to my body
• Lots of stomach activity
• Let the battlesh*ts begin!
• Took too much sauerkraut juice, didn’t sleep and had Candida die-off symptoms all day, almost like the flu, plus lots of battlesh*ts
• Lots of mucous pouring out of me, among other things..

Week 4)

• Batches of sauerkraut went bad so tried to make another, that one didn’t work out, onto a third one, will introduce probiotics (in smaller doses) after this one ferments
• High mental clarity now the new normal
• Feeling like anything is possible
• Still feeling amazing and will continue on for extra deep healing and cleansing
• Pooping has been on and off, if I ‘doo’ go then it’s small

So that is my experience so far, not everything is in this short report and not everything I wrote here is in the video, something I did unintentionally. Most of the information is in the video though. I didn’t document anything throughout this process, I just wanted to experience it in the now. It has been a beautiful and ugly process but I know the ultimate result will be total healing and then…I go and do where ever else the Universe takes me!

After some very humbling positive feedback from the last voice-guided meditation video I made (sorry it couldn’t be used this time around!) I thought I would create another.

This one is special because I incorporate Dolores Cannon’s client’s visualization technique that she received from working with one of her clients. ‘They’, as they are called, gave Dolores these techniques through her clients and I thought I would put them in the form of an easy to use meditation and video.

We have heard from big names in the spiritual/disclosure community like Dolores Cannon and David Wilcock that this experience we are having on this planet right now is one of the luckiest times to be alive in the history of the Universe. Sometimes it doesn’t feel like it, cough cough PizzaGate…

And despite the recent hacks and attacks against me and others, the latest one being a notification that my blog posts aren’t connected to Facebook, again..we should still take a moment to look at the big picture and realize what an incredible opportunity it is to be here right now.

The fireworks are already being prepared, I can sense it. There is cause for celebration. The Universe in all of its history and in all of its grandeur and magnificence is preparing to completely reset itself and begin anew and the last guest to arrive to the party is Earth and her crew.

Let’s take a small amount of time (what little ‘time’ there is left to that concept anyways) to really appreciate the things we can learn and experience while we are here. Where else in the Universe would you find the following (this is not an Elitist view but just a humble summary of the amazing things you can experience here):

• A Planet with tens of thousands of languages or more spoken
• A Planet with so much diversity of life, both Human and non-Human, oh the richness of the cultures!
• A Planet where you can ascertain knowledge that takes others millions or billions of years to discover
• A Planet with so many different types of food and drinks
• A Planet with so many ecosystems
• A Planet with so many secrets and history just waiting to be solved
• A Planet with so many opportunities for diverse and potent incarnation experience
• And many more!

It’s easy to forget we are the holders of the golden tickets and are living in these amazing times as we deal with the daily nonsense of The Matrix.

Many wanted to come here, but there weren’t enough bodies. Dolores would say that some souls incarnated here into babies bodies knowing that they were going to die during birth or shortly afterwards that way they can say they were there when this change happened, that they were there on Earth during this emergence of the Golden Age. That is how significant this time is right now.

And with the acceleration of current events I.E. the crumbling of the Cabal’s power control structure recently we are seeing changes that this planet has never seen before. 800 year-old dormant volcanoes are awakening, Lynn de Rothschild is betraying John Podesta and calling him a loser on Twitter, Donald Trump is alluding to PizzaGate in his most recent press conference, it’s all falling apart and in real time.

One of the things that we keep hearing about is that we are in what the insiders are calling ‘A/The Grand Experiment’. It’s interesting to note that this shows up in Dolores Cannon’s work many times as I read just in one of her books, ‘The Three Waves of Volunteers‘.

As it turns out there are a very high number of experiments of many kinds; spiritual, genetic etc, happening here right now. I hope you’re not camera shy! 

What we hear is that normally during the Ascension process people die and leave their physical bodies and Ascend when they enter the other planes/densities of existence. Well this time is a little, or a lot, different. We are taking our bodies with us this time! Holy crap! What does that mean?

Well we don’t know for certain, that’s the whole thing about ‘experiments’, you never know for sure how they will turn out. But someone has to take the plunge (who else raised their hands?!). We can see results in various people in the form of Ascension symptoms. We are also hearing that this is a planet experiencing extraordinary circumstances with its evolution and experience and with a lot of time and effort invested so no cataclysms will be allowed to occur. The experiments will go on as planned.

I recall watching a lot of videos with David Wilcock and Corey and the things insiders tell them and I remember something that really stuck with me, and it made sense. Most planets will have humanoid life evolve from the native 2nd Density life that originates there.

He had shared with the audience that most planets have 1-3 species of humanoid beings max living there. Now think about all the different people we have here. It’s literally like a Men in Black conference room on this planet. People with light skin, dark skin, blue skin, various eye colors and shapes. It’s totally amazing! You’re all living on a planet full of E.T. immigrants!

Perhaps it is these new energies that are causing these feelings of amazement but every time I see some new culture or language I just want to learn more about it and get to know those people.

I’m not sure if anyone else had heard of or read the Project Serpo information on their website or listened to the Fade to Black episode with one of the writers of that website last year but I literally binged-read that whole thing and thought it was just the most amazing thing.

For those who aren’t familiar with it Project Serpo was the U.S. Gov’t sanctioned exchange program we did with a race of beings from the Zeta-Reticula star system a long time ago. If you haven’t heard of it I highly recommend doing so as the perspective you will gain is absolutely priceless and invaluable.

The reason I bring it up is to bring attention and to put in bold the idea of the vast difference in culture and daily activities that vary from planet to planet, species to species. These beings, or the EBENs, lived in contentment, but in a total police state, everything was monitored, but there was no crime. They all had jobs that they would do and they had other beings that would visit there but the majority of them were the EBENs.

I will close this post out with a final note and that would be for me to encourage everyone to really look at the amazement of the experience we are having here and with one another and realize it is truly one in a million (or more?) and we are some of the luckiest beings to have front row seats and a part to play in the grand finale of the crumbling and soon-to-be-forgotten Old Universe and rise of the New One.

First we have an interview with Benjamin Fulford by Mike Harris from the website Veteran’s Today. I got through about half of it but stopped because other things were going on. It goes on for about an hour and they discuss current events and the take down of the Cabal. As always it is very interesting to hear from Ben and read his reports and get a good idea of what’s going on.

Next up is an article written by Dr. Michael Salla titled ‘Did Martian Refugees Settle in Antarctica over a Million Years Ago?’. He writes about these imminent disclosures which are in the process of unfolding right now. All you have to do is type in ‘Antarctica’ into Google and you will find way more activity going on there than ever before. It is now more than obvious that big stuff is going on down there and we know this now thanks to various sources and whistle-blowers. Here are a few excerpts:

“The descendants of the Martian refugees living in Antarctica were apparently caught off-guard by a sudden “pole shift” that happened approximately 12,000 years ago and led to them being flash-frozen.

Goode has said that major announcements about discoveries in Antarctica are forthcoming which are expected to release some but not all of the truth about the discovered flash frozen civilization.

Then we have the re-appearance of the FBI Anon who posted intel on the online forum 4Chan that ended up being true. I will advise everyone to exercise discernment whenever information like this comes out. I will post a few quotes from the forum here:

I’m not sure if this is a new person that has come forward or just their information has been given more publicity but there is a woman who is claiming to have done work for the Dark Fleet and other facets of the Cabal’s off-world operations. I haven’t looked too far into her information so I will just like to mention that while I pass it on. Her name is Penny Bradley. Although I’m not putting too much stock into it but I will be watching out for it. The dreams I’ve had have really broken me into things wayyy more exciting than what they will probably announce…
